It’s that time of year again!
You might be thinking Summer has finally come to an end, temperatures are cooling, leaves are falling , people are starting to decorate for Halloween.. cider mills and pumpkins…..
Sure, those are all staples of the season.. but that’s not what we’re referring to. We’re talking about that special 2nd Monday of October where we celebrate Christopher Columbus for essentially doing this:
